چکیده

Drying is an easy method to apply and dependent on the type of sample drying in food preservation. Natural uses simple materials equipment. Sunlight as energy resource dry sample. In this research, carrot used samples with thickness variations. After 8 days, largest weight loss value was found 3 a total reduction 16.76 mg then, 2 8.64 5.10 mg. The best conditions for are open directly exposed direct sunlight average temperature 31 °C. That comparing room condition naturally at 27 °C during raining 25 This study obtained that kinetic models impacted by thickness, adding time, operation area.
